Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is procuring an LED Lighting Framework Agreement which will provide a model for public sector bodies wishing to implement LED lighting measures. The Framework Agreement will be open to public sector bodies (including those involved in consortium arrangements), however, no-public sector body will be committed to plan an order under the Framework Agreement.
The single lot Framework Agreement will have a number of suppliers on it who will implement LED Lighting solutions enabling organisations to reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions, ongoing maintenance costs and improve lighting services.
All suppliers will need to guarantee energy consumption reduction for the duration of the contract term. This can be through a variety of offering/purchase types.
