The lot is divided into three distinct sub-lots, each targeting a specific area of operations within PD Ports: Sub-lot 1. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Teesport Operations) This sub-lot involves the direct supply and management of temporary staffing resources for Teesport Operations. The preferred vendor will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient placement of temporary workers, maintaining high service standards and compliance with operational requirements. Sub-lot 2. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Logistics): This sub-lot covers the provision of temporary labour tailored specifically for logistics operations within PD Ports. The preferred vendor will handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes to meet the dynamic needs of the logistics sector. Sub-lot 3.
