This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the provision of estates management consultancy services relating to the use, management, acquisition, disposal and development of land and property, and associated services. This is estimated to begin in April 2026.
This will seek to replace the current version of this framework, 2700_22, upon its expiry, the award details for which may be viewed as follows:
