two.1.4) Short description

KWL are seeking to Engage with an Estate Agent to manage the Marketing, Valuation and Viewings through to sale completion.

It is the intention to award the available work packages to One Provider. Providers must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other providers in the event of service failure.

The anticipated start date is 1/8/24.

The works will be carried out for 27 properties.

Allocation of work will be dependent on the successful tenderers being able to complete works to the agreed standard.

Should a Provider be unable to fulfil our work programme due to other commitment, or it is determined that the work provided is not to an adequate standard KWL reserve the right to approach other Provider to fulfil the requirements. This is to ensure that the delivery of the Service is achieved.

Tenderer's must ensure that the content of the complete suite of documents is taken into account when submitting their bid,

Providers should take the following into account when submitting their Pricing.

The prices are to exclude VAT. Prices are to remain fixed for the duration of the contract.

Tenderers must submit their fee percentage using Document 3 - Price Schedule, please ensure that you refer to the instruction to tenderers tab when completing the schedule. When Submitting prices Providers - are to submit prices for all elements covered on the pricing tab. Providers that fail to submit complete pricing for all the works listed will be removed from the tender process at the Selection Stage of the tender.

The way in which works will be issued will be covered in pre-start meetings that will take place prior to the commencement of this contract.

The successful Provider should have local premises within the HU range of postcodes.

Providers are not allowed to re allocate works out to other organisations, please ensure that the relevant questions are answered within the Tender Submission Document, failure to meet this requirement will mean that tenderers will be removed from the tender process at the selection stage and will not progress to the award stage of this tender.
