Wealden District Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a regular cleaning service of the Councils retirement living courts and general needs blocks / stairwells.The winning contractor must deliver high quality, efficient, professional routine, periodic and reactive cleaning services. This is a five year contract with an option to extend for a further 2x12 months.

Specialist or deep cleaning of specific areas within set frequencies and times as may be required by the Council.
