Void labour support is required to ensure Beyond Housing can mange and deliver effective turnaround of void properties.
There are a number of lots split into 2 main geographical areas.
Lots 1-9 - Redcar (North of Castleton)
Lots 10-18 - Whitby/Scarborough (Castleton to Speeton)
Either Lot 1 & 10 is MANDATORY depending on the region that you are looking to bid for.
All other lots are OPTIONAL, you do not have to bid on all lots, and you may bid on any combination of lots. The lots are further explained in the "lots description" document.
Lot 5 & 14 is the only lot which can be bid on as a standalone lot without lot 1 & 10.
