North Ayrshire Council delivers a wide range of services, events, products and general information to a wide variety of audiences. The supplier will provide graphic design services to include but not limited to:
-Graphic design services for printed and/or digital products including brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, bookmarks, newsletters, stationery, ticket design, invitations, programmes etc.
-Design for web and social media platforms including graphics, pdfs, animations and digital publishing platforms
-Brand development - research, design, application and creation of brand guidelines
-Logo design
-Advertising design – newspaper/magazine, printed media, outdoor and online etc
-Infographic and illustration
-Design for internal and external signage
-Design for exhibition systems, pop up systems, point of sale, vehicle livery etc

North Ayrshire Council delivers a wide range of services, events, products and general information to a wide variety of audiences. Film is becoming increasingly important in the documentation and communication of key information about our services, projects and events.
The supplier will have the following experience:
- Professional experience of all aspects of film and video production including pre-production, location and studio production and post-production processes
- Production of promotional, documentary, educational films, interpretation resources, rich digital content and audio
- Live streaming of major events
- Production of films and videos incorporating subtitling and BSL (British Sign Language) as appropriate
- Production of 360 degree tours for key events and buildings
- The supplier should commit to a keeping abreast of new and emerging technologies for example, timelapse/hyperlapse photography and drone applications

North Ayrshire Council reserve the right to review the bidders financial information including information from credit reference agencies at tender stage and throughout the life of the contract, and seek clarifications if necessary. If clarifications are not satisfactory the bidder may be excluded from the tender process.
Bidders who cannot meet the required level of turnover will be excluded from this tender.
Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading.
It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Bidders are required to provide 2 examples of services carried out in the past 3 years that demonstrates they have the relevant experience to deliver the services described in the Contract Notice. The services must be of a similar value, size and scope. Unsatisfactory experience will result in exclusion from the tender process.
The minimum project value accepted per lot is detailed below:
-Lot 1 – Minimum value 2000 GBP
-Lot 2 – Minimum value 1000 GBP
Bidders are required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract.
