Description

The contracting authority is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, statutory servicing, reactive repairs, and 24/7 emergency call-out services for a portfolio of passenger and platform lifts installed across multiple properties (including residential and public buildings).

The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all lifts are maintained in accordance with current legislation and best industry practice, including compliance with LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) and manufacturer specifications.

The contract will also include minor repairs, fault diagnostics, reporting, and support in lifecycle planning for lift assets.

This opportunity may be suitable for suppliers with a strong track record in public sector lift maintenance, with adequate capacity to deliver across a dispersed estate. Full asset lists and site locations will be provided at the tender stage.

Total value (estimated)

  • £2,800,000 excluding VAT
  • £3,360,000 including VAT
