Tenders are invited for the provision of the memorial safety inspection, maintenance and repair at Warwick District Council owned burial sites and maintained closed churchyards. Warwick District Council has a duty of care to ensure the safety of visitors to the crematorium, cemeteries and closed churchyards falling under their jurisdiction this includes managing risks posed by unsafe or unstable memorials even though, in many cases the memorials themselves are not owned by the council. This contract is for the provision and installation of various cremation memorials and a rolling programme of work for the safety inspection, making safe, maintenance and repair of memorials in the following cemeteries, closed churchyards and crematorium being managed by Warwick District Council.The contract will be for a period of 5 years commencing October 2023The Contract Value is approximately £40,000 [per 12-month period]
