two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The University of Manchester would like to procure a Student Housing Partner (SHP) to design, build, finance and operate new-build student accommodation at the Fallowfield Campus in Fallowfield, Manchester using the Competitive Dialogue procedure.

The University also reserves the right, but not the obligation, to discuss an extension of its partnership with the successful SHP to incorporate wider opportunities across the University estate.
