The overall provision has been divided to 9 lots which were awarded a separate contract as a result of this tender.

Marine inspections and repairs to the Council's affected property. The affected property is categorised as any land owned or the responsibility of the client that is deemed as within a tidal zone or is land that gives access to tidal areas and activities. The contract will incorporate the following.

• Investigating, reporting and providing advice, including costings, related to reactive and planned remedial works and replacement in a wide range of corporate property within a marine environment in various states of repair.

• All aspects of reactive repairs, replacement and renewal.

• All works to take place in accordance with legal designations placed on the specific land, such as listed building, conservation area or works designated as requiring a licence from the Marine Management Organisation
