The National Gallery invites suppliers to tender for the audio-visual installation, software supply, hardware supply and maintenance support for the fit out of the NGX production studio.

Considering the use cases outlined below we are looking for a full package of equipment, and an installation programme, to be designed, proposed, and costed, for delivery and installation by January 2024.

Example use cases

- Virtual video production using real time 3D footage.

- A live stream virtual production output using real time 3D footage and a live mix.

- Single speaker positioned in front of a green screen and talking to camera - pre-recorded material for social platforms.

- 1-3 speakers either standing or seated in front of a physical set, filmed by a laptop or a camera set-up
