One of the guiding principles of our Business Plan is for more and better homes and as part of that, starting in one of our new developments (scheduled to open in January 2022) we are embedding Wellbeing in every aspect of the development. Our Wellbeing 360 product (the output of this project) will form part of that offer. We have developed and tested our Wellbeing 360 product during an extensive pilot with the objective of creating a premium wellbeing service/or services for new independent living.
The approach was based off NEF 5 ways to Wellbeing principles and our organisations ARCH values.
Our wellbeing product is a holistic approach delivered through all aspects of the scheme and we are looking for a partner(s) to provide and support this service via a technology platform and also by running weekly classes and webinars to our participating residents.
