We will evaluate organisation’s economic and financial standing based on their current assets and current liabilities in relation to their audited published accounts for the last two years and divide the current assets by the current. Tenderers are expected to achieve a ratio of 1 or more. Where a Tenderer does not meet this requirement, further details should be provided to confirm why, and the Council may undertake additional financial checks using a tool such as Creditsafe and a qualitative judgement shall be made as to the financial capacity of the tenderer
All insurance certifications must be in place prior to commencement of the contract, with the appropriate levels of insurance as per the Contract Notice.

Notes of key importance here is the relevance of each of the examples given to the services required. Details should include Client, value and a full description of the work involved.
