Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is looking to establish a contract for a bus performance reporting service, for a 2 year period, with an optional extension of up to 2 years (2+1+1 contract term). The estimated contract value above is based on a potential 4 year contract term (i.e. including all optional contractual extensions).
TfGM has had a long-term aspiration for bus performance monitoring. TfGM has a common understanding of the format, frequency and method for the different datasets to be provided consistently, and now requires a supplier who can consume these datasets, match relevant data and present the output in a usable format that enables TfGM to maximise the benefits available.
TfGM are looking for a solution that should be a Software as a Service (SaaS) or equivalent service to minimise / eliminate any on-premise costs, whereby TfGM will access the platform via a licensing agreement, and the supplier will provide the required number of licenses.
