West of Scotland Housing Association purchased Station House, 30-34 St Enoch’s Square at the end of March 2024. 30-34 St Enoch Square is Category B Listed and are within the ‘Central Area’ Conservation Area.
The buildings are entered from the pedestrianised St Enoch Square via a single door and staircase at Number 34, and are linked at upper floor levels. The buildings have a service access to the rear at Adams Court Lane. The buildings have been stripped internally back to a structural shell. We are looking to convert/Refurbish the building into around 22/26 affordable flats for mid-market rent.

WSHA are looking to enter into a two-stage procurement process with a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to be involved in the early stages of the design development process to address the complexities of the conversion in a collaborative approach considering construction methods and to inform and develop the construction drawings to de-risk the project and provide greater cost and programme certainty for both the Contractor and WSHA
