The Contractor shall provide external and internal Window/Glazing Cleaning services to the University. These services shall be undertaken on all four Ulster University campuses in all buildings (which total approximately 83 blocks) when requested by the University. This includes cleaning of the following:
• Windows/glazing,
• Window frames
• Sills
• Glazed roofs
• Internal atria areas including high level wooden panelling and other elements
• All works listed in NEUPC the Framework Specification with the exception of pigeon proofing.
