Description
The London Borough of Lewisham, located in southeast London, is a diverse and vibrant community with a strong commitment to promoting sport, leisure, and active lifestyles. The borough benefits from a mix of urban and green spaces, including parks, leisure centres, and community facilities that support physical activity and well-being for all residents.
This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 using the Competitive Flexible Procedure.
The Authority will be conducting a multi-stage procurement process where Suppliers are first invited to complete a PSQ from which the successful Suppliers will be invited to submit Initial Tenders.
The Agreement will be for 13 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years upon agreement from both parties.

This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 using the Competitive Flexible Procedure. This document describes how the Procurement will be conducted, including details of the associated Procurement timetable, participation and award criteria and how to respond to this opportunity. Suppliers are strongly encouraged to read this document before preparing their submission.
The Authority will be conducting a multi-stage procurement process where Suppliers are first invited to complete a PSQ from which the successful Suppliers will be invited to submit Initial Tenders. The Authority will invite the three (3) highest scoring compliant Initial Tenders to participate in the second stage of the Procurement starting with a structured negotiation phase followed by Final Tenders.
