PCC intends to procure and appoint a suitably skilled and experienced operator for The Vine who will develop and deliver these services and outcomes over the long-term. PCC also intends to identify and establish a selection of key tenants within the mix of uses, where there is a clear fit with PCC’s ambitions for the Vine and a sustainable commercial arrangement can be found.

PCC intends to procure and appoint a suitably skilled and experienced operator for The Vine who will develop and deliver these services and outcomes over the long-term. PCC also intends to identify and establish a selection of key tenants within the mix of uses, where there is a clear fit with PCC’s ambitions for the Vine and a sustainable commercial arrangement can be found.

The Vine will need to incorporate the relocated Central Library and a learning Resource Centre that will incorporate facilities for T-Levels and Anglia Ruskin University. This will sit alongside more commercial elements such as workspace, retail, and F&B, with the opportunity to develop the rooftop into a destination with views over the City and Cathedral.
