The Guinness Partnership has an existing portfolio of property (schemes) which require a range of compliance related repairs and maintenance including:
• PAT Testing (for commercial and business premises only)
• Lightning Protection
• Working at Heights
• Waste Water – Repairs & Maintenance (waste water, rain harvesting etc)
• Water Booster and associated pumps – PPM Maintenance, repair and replacement
• Communal /Extract Ventilation, inspection maintenance and replacement contract
• Heat Recovery and positive Ventilation systems – inspection maintenance and replacement contract
• Laundry ducting – inspection and maintenance contract
• Air conditioning – PPM, repair and ad-hoc replacement
Guinness property is located across England in the regions set out in the Table below.
Property includes affordable, social, and private housing stock. Section 20 provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 in principle covers the kind of work carried out.
A procurement strategy is currently being formulated with a view to the procurement of these compliance related services over the next few years.
This notice is a Prior Information Notice of a future contract opportunity. This is not a call for competition, or a request for you to express interest in bidding for work.
Contractors are invited to consider completing and returning a market testing questionnaire linked with this Notice. Whether or not a contractor chooses to return a questionnaire will have no relevance or bearing on assessment of any future application to participate in a subsequent procurement process. Returning a questionnaire will not be deemed by Guinness as a standing expression of interest for any future contract opportunity.
