Norfolk County Council, working in partnership with Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), wishes to award a contract to a Provider to undertake a social recovery project for 15-18 year olds who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET.The successful Provider will deliver holistic wrap around Social Recovery Support for young people who are at risk of NEET in year 11, and young people 16-18 who are NEET, and who are not ready to engage in Education, Employment or Training provision due to emotional health & wellbeing needs.

Initially the funding is £100,000, however we are in the process of applying for additional funding to allow us to offer a longer contract term and a more rounded service. The duration of the contract is likely to be 12 to 18 months with the option to extend, should we receive additional funding.
