Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council currently have two suppliers for collecting Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit Overpayments for which both contracts are due to expire in November and December 2023. We are now seeking two suitable partners for the above services to build on the improvements already established. The Council wishes to appoint a Contractor that is able to deliver a value for money service for the collection of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Commercial Rent arrears, Garage Rents and Parking (off street) debts.
