This consists of pre-cast concrete members of varying size which will require off-site manufacture and delivery to site, in-situ concrete elements and reinforcement all to be placed on top of existing piles constructed by the previous contractor. Works will comprise all materials, plant and labour with the exception of the concrete supply which will be supplied by the Client.

Tenderers are required to be members of the Construction Industry Trade

Alliance or other equivalent and recognised building trade association or

federation.

Bidders will be required to submit the appropriate information, stating values where appropriate, to assess the following:

- Review of full company accounts for the last 3 years

- Review of group structure (i.e. make clear any parent companies or similar which are in place)

- Assessment of current ratio = Current Assets/Current Liabilities

- Assessment of solvency ratio = After Tax Profit + Depreciation/Total Liabilities

The appointed bidder will require the following insurance to be in place at contract award:

Employers Liability - Cover of not less than 5million GBP for any one event.
