Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC),
The Council occupies an existing building known as the Civic Centre in Mansfield. From this building, the Council provides a multitude of public services and houses many of the office support services.
The Council accommodates a third-party tenant in the form of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
A large office area accommodates the main DWP operations which will are publically accessible.
The ground floor break-out area including kitchen which will be made accessible to the staff that will work for the successful security provider.
The reception area is a relatively informal, shared reception area accessible to all members of the public – whether they are accessing the building for purposes relating to DWP and/or for purposes relating to the Council.
The successful tenderer will be expected to supply 4 officers to cover breaks and lunch to ensure that 3 offices are on the floor at all times within the public opening hours
