Grounds Maintenance (including Responsive Tree Maintenance and Gardening)

Grounds maintenance services to amenity land, residential communal gardens, verges and allotment areas, works will include;

a) Supply of grounds maintenance Equipment/Materials upon request from the contract administrator to support locations where services are still delivered by Hyde

b) Grounds Maintenance linked to agreed service level specifications dependant on property type and landscaping, which will include grass cutting, border and shrub work, hedge maintenance and

c) Gardening services where customers are wanting an enhanced service provided to maintain their communal gardens. Responsive tree maintenance works to include the surveying of trees, attending in an emergency to make safe and completion of maintenance works.

d) The cleaning of Estate Signage

e) Completing and issuing of Play Area Inspections and attending to routinely clean the equipment
