The British Council is inviting ELT providers/suppliers to submit bids/applications to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Providers/suppliers may include established ELT publishing companies and ED-Tec companies involved in English language teaching and related areas of business.

DPS will be used to streamline future procurement goods and services, future procurements will include, but will not be limited to, the licensing and the purchase of educational materials. The future procurements will also enable the British Council to work with preferred suppliers to test, customise and pilot ELT learning materials for British Council learners across all age groups.

In order to support the varying needs of our learners, content may be sourced from one or more sources (i.e. from one or more courses and a separate standalone e-learning product) and from one or more publishers.
