Tenders are invited by the Council from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of the Design & Supply of Kitchens (the "Goods and Services"). One Supplier will be appointed to this Framework.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We require up to (approx.) 300 complete kitchens annually and the provision for readily available spares. This can be for one-off properties or delivered as part of wider schemes that may require up to 15 kitchens per week. We also require the refacing of existing kitchens by replacing doors & worktops as and when required. Stated volumes are estimates and may fluctuate depending on progress of the capital programme.

Description of renewals

It is anticipated that the contract will commence in October 2023 and will be in place for two years (24 months) to October 2025 with the option to extend twice, up to a maximum contract duration of 4 years (48 months), taking the final possible expiry date to October 2027. The extension will be offered at the Councils discretion.
