The purpose of this contract is for the supply and distribution of milk, dairy, bread and morning goods, to members and clients of TUCO (Universities, Colleges and the wider Public Sector)

The scope of commodities to be covered in the framework are as follows:

Milk all variants including dairy alternatives. Creams, butter and spreads. Cheese, yoghurts and eggs. To HE/FE and Local Authorities therefore school compliant products required.

Milk all variants that are ethically sourced – higher animal welfare/and or fair price to farmer.

Bread all variants including gluten free and free from. Morning goods including rolls, teacakes, confectionery and traybakes. To HE/FE and Local Authorities therefore school compliant products required.
