Nottingham City Council (hereafter 'the Authority') is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of gas and solid fuel appliance servicing, Heating installations and upgrades, repairs and out of hours call outs for both domestic and commercial environments. There may also be a requirement to carry out smoke and CO alarm servicing/renewal throughout the period of the contract. And we a looking to select two Suppliers a Primary and Secondary to partner with the Authority in delivery to the varying housing stock we manage. Our housing stock exist in the North, South, East and West of the City of Nottingham, so it is beneficial that the Providers have offices within the 20-mile radius to manage our day today operational requirements.

The contract duration will be for 2 years with a possible option to extension of 12 months at the Authority's discretion.

The Authority’s detailed requirements are defined in Appendix A Service Specification and Scope of work.
