L and Q are seeking the support of a specialist, managed service provider to work with L and Q to centralise all regulatory reporting (excluding some Finance regulatory reports). Part of this work will focus on streamlining and automating existing processes, and part of the work will focus on improving our documentation and governance of the regulatory returns. Once the initial programme has been completed, the managed service will then be required to provide and ongoing service to L and Q.
