It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be awarded the Contract for the scheme at Kedward Avenue, Middlesbrough which incorporates the design and construction of 105 Nr. dwellings consisting of 1 bed 2 person apartments, 2 bed 3 person bungalows, 3 bed 4 person bungalows, 2 bed 3 person houses, 3 bed 4 person houses, 3 bed, 5 person houses, 4 bed 6 person houses, 4 bed, 6-person town houses and 4 bed 7 person town houses together with associated external works and drainage.
