Leicester City Council is currently nearing the end of the term of its current debt recovery service and is therefore seeking tenderers who would supply a debt recovery support service for Council Tax and National Non-Domestic (Business) Rates. For the avoidance of any doubt the recovery support required for this tender is additional to what the Council already utilises through the normal recovery channels, for example, enforcement agents. The Council already has a contract for the referral of cases to enforcement agents for post liability order recovery; this contract is for additional support on targeted cases and any other relevant litigation matters.
