The provision of quality soft facilities management services (cleaning and consumables) for the reserve and cadet community within the RFCA NI region.
This contract is considered transformational in its delivery model and as such the scope of requirements may change during the life of the contract. There is the possibility that the scope is either increased or decreased in the number of sites due to a re-optimisation programme taking place that looks to optimise site usage across the shared services (Army, RN, RAF). As part of the tender process, bidders must confirm acceptance of these points and their willingness to work in a flexible and collaborate way.
