Hastings Borough Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide the following for undertaking responsive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and minor works to the Council’s operational, leisure, amenity buildings and small stock of domestic properties and other built assets. To maintain and keep these in good repair it is our intention to enter into an agreement with one supplier to deliver a range of responsive and minor works. We are therefore seeking tenders from shortlisted contractors and seek tenders which deliver a value for money quality service in the most economic, efficient and effective way, and in doing so, look to benefit the local economy, community and environment.
