Delivery and management of servicing and reactive works to all fire safety systems and security systems including (but not limited to), fire detections systems, emergency lighting, automatic opening vent, dry risers, fire-fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, door entry & access control, warden call, automatic doors / gates, fall arrest systems.

Approximated 2500 units for monthly servicing and 3500 units for reactive repairs.

Reactive repairs, upgrades and adaptations to fire doors across 3,500 blocks and approximately 35,000 dwellings. Works to include easing and adjusting fire doors, installing and repairing door closers, replacing / installing strips and seals and carrying out other ad hoc repairs. Important Note: Bidders tendering for Lot 4 and Lot 5 will not be able to win both Lot 4 and Lot 5. Hyde will not appoint the same winner for Lot 4 and Lot 5.
