The Royal Parks is seeking to award a services contract for the provision of services to repair, refurbish and replace map boards and noticeboards in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St. James’s Park, The Regent’s Park & Primrose Hill, Bushy Park and Richmond Park. The Royal Parks is seeking expressions of interest from interested bidders. The Royal Parks is conducting the procurement in accordance with the Restricted Procedure in line with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Royal Parks is inviting tenders for the Provision of Signage and Map and Noticeboard Refurbishment Services in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St. James’s Park, The Regent’s Park & Primrose Hill, Bushy Park and Richmond Park.

The Contractor will be expected to carry out the Services (as more fully set out in the procurement documents), which include:

- replacing and refurbishing any damaged glass or Perspex-fronted cabinets that sit within the metal frames;

- cleaning and repainting/recoating the metal posts and frames; and

- devising a solution for the noticeboard backing/construction that will allow TRP to display notices in a more uniform and polished way.
