two.1.4) Short description

Horsham District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of specialist advice in Archaeology and Ecology to support the determination of planning applications and matters of planning compliance for Horsham District Council as set out in these documents.The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1st November 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until 31st October 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 year period (1 + 1 year individually) subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council’s Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding two separate contracts as part of this tender for the provision of all services detailed in each Specification document (Lot 1 – Archaeology, Lot 2 – Ecology).
