This process aims to appoint a partner agency to support Tate’s core staffing of the visitor experience by providing additional staffing cover for peak times within our annual operation. It seeks to create a closely aligned partnership, delivering a flexible workforce of Tate and agency staff who are fully trained and supported in delivering the inspiring and engaging visitor experience Tate aims to deliver.

It aims to identify a partner aligned with Tate’s values and expectations, and an experience delivered across teams which is consistent with the ethos of creating ‘one Tate’.
