North Star Housing Group and Castles and Coasts wish to commission a framework for the provision of legal services from independent firms of solicitors in the private sector to support the delivery of a range of housing related activities. It is estimated that the contract value is likely to be around £600k per annum with an overall contract value of around £3m over the full term of this contract including any extensions. This figure is an estimate only and may be exceeded. However, no guarantee is given as to any level of business to be awarded through the framework.
