Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) is issuing this contract notice to initiate a tender process for establishing a framework for the provision of Patient Access and Care Coordination improvement services. This proposed framework, of one supplier and their approved supply chain, will be managed by MSEFT and be available for any NHS or related organisation who wishes to improve patient access and care coordination.

MSEFT is looking for a ‘service first approach including, but not limited to, innovative use of technology, capability build and re-organisation. The Trust is open to a range of ways of doing this; however, by ‘service first’ the successful supplier is required to work in partnership with the Contracting Authority to incrementally improve the performance of the live service. MSEFT is looking to work in partnership with a single supplier, and its approved supply chain, who will collaborate and share risk.
