CWC wish to procure Framework Agreements for the design, pre-construction services, demolition, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions.
The 4-year Framework will comprise of 5 Lot:
Lot 1: 1-2 units
Lot 2: 3-15 units
Lot 3: 16-40 units
Lot 4: 40+ units
Lot 5: Demolition
The nature of the works includes,
o The construction of homes, including but not limited to, houses, apartments, and bungalows
o The construction of homes for rent, sale, and shared ownership (in some cases mixed tenure)
o Land remediation and demolition
o Feasibility, design, and construction services
o Facility for other public bodies to use Framework for a percentage fee
The intended procurement procedure will be an open above threshold procedure in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
