two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We are looking for trusted partners to work closely with us, understanding our strategic ambitions, the landscape we work within and sourcing great candidates to help us fill our valuable roles. Working closely with the NNL in house recruitment team, our partners will be able to provide quality high calibre candidates. The typical roles we are looking to fill have been broken down into the following lots

Lot 1 – Procurement and Commercial

Provide strategic and operational procurement / commercial support across NNL.

Lot 2 – Finance / Audit

Provide strategic and operational Finance / Audit support across NNL.

Lot 3 – Legal

Provide strategic and operational Legal support across NNL.

Lot 4 – Strategy/Marketing and Communication

Provide strategic and operational marketing / strategy support across NNL.

Lot 5 – HR

Provide strategic and operational HR support across NNL.

Lot 6 – Admin Roles

This lot is designed to cover office-based support staff as well as clerical style support roles administrators, Personal Assistants, and secretaries.

Lot 7 – IT

Provide strategic and operational IT Support across NNL.

This lot covers (but is not limited to) the full range of IT, ITC, data, digital, cloud, security, infrastructure, architecture, and technical roles. It covers the full scope from IT helpdesk staff to field support to right through to senior IT managers.

Lot 8 – CISO

Provide strategic and operational CISO Support across NNL.

The lot cover the full range of CISO roles including but not limited to information, cyber, and technology security.

Lot 9 - Engineering

This lot covers a "wide range of engineering disciplines, at all levels, including but not limited to E,C&I, Process, Mechanical, Civil and Ventilation as well as Construction, Commissioning and Asset Management.

Lot 10 – Scientific / Nuclear

This lot covers a variety of scientific and nuclear roles including but not limited to: Irradiated Fuel Characterisation Scientist, materials scientist, senior research technologist, geologist, geoscientist, fuel performance scientist, corrosion scientist, environmental scientist, research scientist, research technologist, chemical scientist, nuclear physicist, health and nuclear medicine technology manager, nuclear safety regulator, nuclear materials control officer, nuclear reactor chemist, nuclear scientist, safety case.

Lot 11 – Project Management

Our Project Management team sits centrally. The team provides project management support across the business including - an organisational framework, systems and guidance, clearly defined accountabilities, deliverables, and tools.

This lot covers all roles / levels in the project management sphere including but not limited to project managers, project support officers, project controllers, project planners and estimators.

Lot 12 – Sales / Account Management

The sales / account management team work to understand our customers' requirements, their future business, and mutual longer-term needs.

As well as identifying new work from our customers, the Account Directors have an overview of what is being delivered to support a consistent, positive, experience for the customer.

This lot covers roles in the sales and account management sphere including but not limited to account managers, account directors, sales managers etc.

Lot 13 – Executive

This lot covers roles at the executive / director level for example: heads of, directors, executives, and chief executive officers within all functions.
