This opportunity is looking to create a University of Birmingham Construction Project Management Services Framework Agreement with the ability to support other HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies, and to develop local initiatives for University Projects. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will be for 10 years and will be based on the University of Birmingham construction project pipeline which is estimated to be in the region of £700m. The framework is expected to generate partnership working and to develop long term relationships.

The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities (for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015). Please see links below.

The University intends to Procure new long term Framework Agreements for all Construction activities in line with the Estates Strategy "Building on Strong Foundations" and the £700m Project pipeline and therefore wishes to create a Construction Project Management Services Framework Agreement for a period of 10 years on the basis of the return on investment that will be required by the successful Construction Partners.
