In support of the UK's first ever small satellite launch from home soil later this year,the UK Space Agency is seeking a delivery partner to deliver a UK wide, high profile national education tour featuring a life size replica of Virgin's LauncherOne rocket (the same rocket that will launch from Cornwall later this year) to engage and inspire young people about launch and the career opportunities available. The replica rocket tour will feature interactive elements to maximise the educational value and ensure a rich learning experience for young people viewing the replica. We are looking to appoint a delivery partner to create, develop, facilitate and evaluate this UK-wide tour on behalf of the UK Space Agency (UKSA)

Brief Description of Requirement
UKSA is seeking a delivery partner to design and deliver a UK wide educational tour in support of the first satellite launch from the UK, later this year. The tour will feature a life size replica of Virgin's LauncherOne rocket (the same rocket that will launch from Cornwall later this year). Following launch, our ambition is for the replica rocket to embark on a high-profile UK-wide tour visiting a minimum of 12 cities to inspire and engage young people about launch from across the UK about the career opportunities available to them within the UK's burgeoning space sector. The locations selected for the UK-wide tour will need to reflect these objectives and demonstrate appropriate reach and impact across these target audiences. The replica rocket tour will feature interactive elements to maximise the educational value and ensure a rich learning experience for young people viewing the replica. The supplier will be required to deliver:
• Location sourcing and tour management
• Logistics and delivery of tour
• Creation and delivery of supporting educational digital content
• Audience engagement and education outreach programme
• Evaluation
An option for storage after tour completion is also included within the requirement.
