The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking to appoint suppliers to deliver specific services for the next three waves (Waves 5, 6 and 7) of the Financial Lives survey (FLS), with the contracts to take effect from March 2025. We expect these three waves to run from March 2025 to later in 2031.

Suppliers can bid for one or more of the following specialisms:

Specialism A: Delivery of fieldwork and weighted data
Specialism B: Recontact surveys
Specialism C: Data tables
Specialism D: Reporting
Specialism E: Cognitive testing and qualitative research
