The NOE CPC is undertaking a Competitive Dialogue tender process for the provision of Vehicle Leasing and Vehicle Salary Sacrifice schemes (including the provision of vehicles). The vehicles are to be provided through a web-based portal by a single provider under a single supplier Framework Agreement.A fundamental requirement is the provision of a portal that employees can access for vehicle quotations, including all personal tax and pension implications.
