LLA is looking for a contractor to provide a service to assist Disabled Persons and Persons of Reduced Mobility in accordance with EU Regulations and European Civil Aviation Conference Code of Good Conduct in Ground Handling for Persons with Reduced Mobility Contract LengthOption A 3years plus 2 one year extension options and Option B 5 years plus 2 one year extension optionsTo provide assistance to Persons of Reduced Mobility to and from kerbside to the aircraft, accessing both landside and airside areas and including driving on the apron. LLA has 30 departure gates, all with step on, step off access to the aircraft. LLA does not have any air bridges so access to and from the aircraft for PRM is via a minibus or ambulift from a designated boarding area. Note – drivers require a HGV Class C license for any road legal chasis ambulift at Luton.
