Description

This notice is to inform the market of an upcoming procurement event for a multi-discipline infrastructure and construction project framework, which will include both design and works. The framework will utilise early contractor involvement (ECI) and multi-stage contracting approach to enable Transport for London (TfL) to work collaboratively with the supply chain.

TfL's pipeline of enhancement projects that are anticipated to be awarded through this framework includes: Elephant & Castle Station Capacity Upgrade (approximately £60m), South Kensington Station Capacity (approximately £80m) and Step Free Access projects (£5-£15m, totalling approximately £200m). It is estimated that the total value of projects on the framework will be between £500m - £700m. All projects will be subject to relevant funding approvals.

This is not a call for competition. Rail Industry Qualification Scheme (RISQS) will be used as a Qualifying Utilities Dynamic Market. Any contractor that is interested in this procurement event is required to be registered on RISQS via the below link prior to 16 June 2025:
