East Ayrshire Council as the Lead Accountable Body and Lead Partner of the Local Employability Partnership (EALEP) is seeking to work in partnership with training providers, the third sector and other organisations to utilise funding that delivers an all age, needs based, person centred support to those seeking to move towards, enter, sustain and progress in employment; to reduce levels of child poverty by supporting parents from the priority family groups to increase their income from employment; to reduce inequality in the labour market by supporting those further from the labour market to increase their income from employment; and to maximise the role that employability plays in delivering national and local aims of tackling poverty, promoting inclusion and social justice and creating a fair and prosperous Scotland.

Services will be procured from providers who are experienced in delivering to individuals who face barriers to employment and require additional support in order to obtain, gain and sustain employment. EALEP is seeking partners who can ensure a person centred approach and deliver provision in localities across East Ayrshire.

Providers who are currently on the Framework (Awarded October 2023) do NOT need to re-apply for this Framework.

Providers who are currently part of the EALEP framework (Awarded October 2024) do NOT need to re-apply for this Framework. This is a re-issue to allow new providers to tender to become a Provider for the remaining duration of the Framework.
