The Ulster University have a requirement for an established portal with a proven track record of use within Higher Education and is a cloud based (SaaS) Personnel and Payroll (and Pension) system with Salary Forecasting and Performance Management Modules

The system will also be used for expenses, e-recruitment and as a learning portal.
